Cachet Furnishings & Interiors, LLC reserves the right to change prices, policies, and availability of products. Unfortunately, we do not give price adjustments on any previously purchased item.  Cachet Furnishings & Interiors, LLC  has made every effort to ensure accurate information is presented; omissions and errors are subject to correction.


We are required by law to collect applicable state and local taxes for shipments to Virginia. The tax amount is 5%.

For standard shipping charges costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order.
Some items have an added processing and delivery charge due to their size or weight in addition to the standard shipping fees. Theses charges may apply to your order.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, call 571-723-4042.  Expedited delivery and freight delivery is not available to these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 10-14 business days
At this time we cannot ship to foreign countries or U.S. territories. We ship orders via POST OFFICE, and will not ship to a P.O. Box; therefore, all orders must be shipped to a physical address. Larger items will be shipped freight.

Damages to the merchandise while in transit are rare, but they do happen. Any damage to the outside of the box or to the product itself, please call Cachet Furnishings & Interiors, LLC at 571-723-4042 for assistance in processing any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving merchandise.

Please note that merchandise must show no visible signs of wear or be defective.

Please follow these five easy steps to return merchandise:
1. Call Cachet Furnishings & Interiors, LLC at 571-723-4042 for assistance in processing any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving merchandise.  No returns can be made after 15 days from the date on the package when item was sent.  
2. You will receive a return merchandise receipt authorization number from Cachet & Interiors, LLC on your sales invoice which will accompany your order.
3. Return this form with your returned merchandise.
4. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material.
5. Return package must be sent by U.S. Post office to address included on your invoice. Please insure your item for the merchandise total. If you should have any questions, please call 571-723-4042.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow one billing cycle for a refund. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.  Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refunds at any time.
